Abandoned Cart Recovery through WA connects your WooCommerce store directly to the WA Cloud API. Messages go out from your own WA Business number, with no SaaS relay and no third-party sending account in between.

When a cart is abandoned it sends a reminder with a link that restores the cart, and it keeps customers posted as their order moves along. It comes in two editions.

Basic

The free edition: a connect screen that validates your credentials and sends a test message, one cart reminder after a fixed delay with a monthly cap on recovery messages, notifications when an order is processing and when it is completed, a click-to-chat widget, the checkout opt-in and phone capture that compliant sending requires, and a 14-day log of what was sent.

Pro

Timed multi-step recovery sequences with optional coupons, stopped the moment the customer buys or unsubscribes, and no cap on recovery messages. The full set of order-status notifications with admin routing, COD confirmation, unpaid-order reminders, back-in-stock alerts, post-delivery review requests, passwordless OTP login, and a two-way inbox with keyword auto-replies, with delivery tracking and analytics.

Pro also takes the pain out of setup: a guided Meta setup wizard, and a template validator that catches the mechanical causes of rejection before a template reaches Meta’s review queue. Consent, quiet hours and daily send caps are enforced in one place, every timed send runs through Action Scheduler, and your access token and app secret are encrypted at rest.
